For the love of everything saucy, no half/half/ toppings on any small pizza, and no half/half bases whatsoever. Pretty please. With imaginary cherries on top. Also, we will do our honest best if you ask us to cut a pizza into squares but please understand that, especially when we're busy, it's almost impossible to override two decades of muscle memory.

Excluding lasagna and any dish containing alfredo sauce, all of the above can be modified (at no additional charge) to meet gluten-free/keto-friendly requests by omitting bread and replacing pasta with broccoli, mushrooms, or spinach.

Pizzas start with our daily-made dough and signature red sauce. By default all custom pastas will be covered in mozzarella and baked until golden.
Alfredo, pesto or seasoned extra virgin olive oil can be substituted for the price of a premium topping. Garlic butter can be subbed at no additional charge.
